CirrusHQ is a public cloud integrator and Amazon Web Services partner. Their management team was looking to undertake an EIS-eligible fundraise to fuel future growth and expansion. However, they were being held back by an undifferentiated proposition in a crowded market, and lacked the commercial experience to put the investor pitch deck together, so they approached Catapult for help.


We helped them on the commercial sell-side aspects of the investor presentation – market size and opportunity, competitive positioning, management team, proposition, portfolio, customer case studies, business model, use of funds and exit scenario – which included developing some new messaging to differentiate them in the raise. Catapult followed this up with some PR work and a lightweight discovery project to provide them with recommendations for future enhancements, which they have rolled out successfully internally.
